Data Migration via Import

The Import tool only imports contacts. 

However, some of you have asked to import things like order history or other contact interactions as TouchPoints related to each contact. Because TouchPoints are relational to a contact, it's not easy to ensure that the import happens properly, so we haven't included that functionality in our import tool. This is something that our dev team could look at and assist with if you're able to provide us with the TouchPoint CSV and access to the site where you want them imported.
