This improvement to UkuuPeople would allow you to trigger a workflow based on a Touchpoint in UkuuPeople. For instance, let’s say that you created a “website payment” Touchpoint type and a “website payment” Touchpoint gets created every time someone makes a payment on your website. You could trigger a thank you note that get’s sent immediately following that event and a 6 month follow up email that gets sent 6 months after the transaction so that you maintain a personal connection with your Human!

This native UkuuPeople improvement would offer an enhanced interface for TouchPoints including a dashlet for your dashboard where you will be able to quickly enter a new touchpoint without navigating through the site. It would also allow you to customize your touchpoints with specific field groups for each TouchPoint type. Additionally it would let you do better filtering and reporting on TouchPoint fields. All in all, one awesome package!
